The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the organization. This role involves researching potential markets, generating leads, following up on prospects, and converting opportunities into successful partnerships or sales. The individual must be proactive, results-driven, and capable of representing the company professionally to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase company revenue
Generate leads through research, outreach, networking, and industry engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and prospects
Present company services/products to potential clients and handle negotiations
Work with the marketing and product teams to refine strategies and sales materials
Prepare proposals, reports, and sales presentations
Meet monthly and quarterly sales/target goals
Maintain accurate records of interactions on CRM or sales tracking tools
Attend industry events, presentations, and client meetings as required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships and close deals
Strong analytical and market research skills
Goal-oriented with the ability to work under pressure
